SALT&WAVE dispatches items worldwide using DHL.
The indicative delivery times per region are as follows:
Europe, United Kingdom and Scandinavia: 1 – 5 business days
United States and the rest of the world: 2 – 7 business days
Delivery time may vary and shipping delays may occur.
Shipping costs are counted automatically via integrated DHL service at the Check Out according to your region.
Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included full address details before placing your order.
Shipments to EU countries do not contain invoices or any other documents indicating value of items. As required by customs regulations, orders to non-EU countries are accompanied by invoices indicating the value of items.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods, unused and undamaged, within 7 days of the delivery. The return postage must be paid by the customer. We have no return possibility on on-sale products. SALT&WAVE accessories must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage or scratches.
