The indicative delivery times per region are as follows:
Europe, UK and Scandinavia: 3 – 7 business days
US and the rest of the world: 3 – 10 business days
Delivery time may vary and shipping delays may occur.
Shipping costs are counted automatically at the Check Out according to your region.
Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included full address details before placing your order.
Shipments to EU countries do not contain invoices or any other documents indicating value of items. As required by customs regulations, orders to non-EU countries are accompanied by invoices indicating the value of items.
RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in pristine condition, with original tags and packaging carefully preserved only purchased at saltandwave.com. To ensure a seamless experience, please initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased at 15% off or more are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
In order to maintain the exceptional standards we hold for every piece, any item not returned in its original, pristine condition — with all tags and packaging intact — will be gracefully returned to you back from our atelier, without exception.
To help us process your return smoothly, please ensure your full name is included as the sender on the return package. This allows us to easily identify your order and provide you with timely support.
